Please understand that with the enrollment and accessing of your online course, training or workshop, you have read and agree to the aforementioned terms and conditions.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We offer a 72HRS money back guarantee on all our courses, trainings and workshops and a refund will be issued if:

you did not access any portion of the online course or training or workshop AND;

you requested a refund, in writing via email within 72 hours of enrolling in the course.

If you change your mind after purchasing our online course, training or workshop:
You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your order as long as you have not completed (or attempted to complete) the course, training or workshop and any tests or assessment.

Orders placed under a “Corporate Account” or “Discount” are NOT eligible for refund, cancellation, or transfer. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Online training courses may NOT be transferred to another person or transfers to another course, training or workshop of equal or lesser value.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation, contact us at square1challenge@gmail.com with your name and email address used to register for the course.
When & How We Issue Refunds
Upon determining that a cancellation or refund is due to you under these Terms, we will issue such refund or cancellation within 14 days of:

our receipt of the returned Product(s); or
-
our confirmation that such refund or cancellation is due to you otherwise than through return of the Products (Courses, trainings or workshops).

If you are eligible for a refund, we will credit the refund to the credit or debit card you used to purchase the Product(s) or the recipient's bank account.
